How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with all the tracking information you need to follow your order in real time. You can enter the tracking number received by email on the following link to find out exactly where your order is.
Where do the items in our shop come from?
The fashion items we sell on our site are marketed by our company in the UK, and we work in collaboration with our overseas supplier to ensure that our products are dispatched and sourced.

How do I return an item?
Not happy with your order? No worries, you can return the items to us at the address indicated in our returns policy.
Reminders:
- Returns are only accepted during the 30 day period from the date of receipt of the order. Other conditions apply, please refer to our returns policy for details.
- Shipping costs are at the customer's expense as stated in our returns policy.
Do you ship products abroad?
For the time being, we can only deliver to the UK and European countries.
