Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that if there is a high volume of orders, our team may be overwhelmed, but your order will always be processed as promptly as possible. Your order will arrive at your doorstep within six to twelve working days; this timeframe may vary depending on the time of year and the volume of orders we need to process.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping fees: The shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders of €50 or more within the European zone. For orders below €50, we charge €1.99 for local delivery. However, free delivery may be offered as part of a limited-time promotion.

Deliveries are made from 9am Monday to Friday. We will contact you by email/SMS using the phone number you provided when placing your order to notify you of the delivery day.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the European Union.

The shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@odysseybristol.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total amount of the order minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@odysseybristol.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
